An online group exploration for women, winter 2024

Supporting New Alignments

This is an invitation to gather with an intimate group of women over the coming winter months to engage with the wisdom moving through us and explore what it means for us to live into the new story. We are living through turbulent times of radical transformation where destruction and creation, the dying of the old and the birthing of the new, are happening at the same time. The group will be a space of support for us in connecting with our inner guidance, knowing and resources, and aligning ourselves with what is trying to be born.

How do we creatively participate in these times of crises and opportunity? What visions and desires are calling us forth? What is birthing in our lives and how do we hold space for and nurture it? How do we connect with the guidance and resources that are here to support us? What are we choosing to pay attention to?

The new story grows out of the ending of the old story, and we will tend to both and to the movement from one to the other. We will identify and cultivate skills, perspectives and states of being that help us trust and embrace the unknown and live from a centered, receptive and creative place. We will also look at the relationship between our personal transformational work and our work and contribution in the world.

The intention and invitation is to hold space for and listen to the new story emerging through each of us, and to inspire and support one another to embody, become and live it.

The format and container

We will gather every other week for two hours on zoom, from late-January to late-March. The work is exploratory and emergent. I will offer teachings, resources and tools in response to the issues that feel most relevant for the women in the group. In between our gatherings, you will be guided to go out into nature to explore the questions and teachings we are working with. You will also receive regular e-mails with poems and questions for deepening our explorations.

When we share our experiences and are witnessed by others, it moves us forward. When we explore and learn together, we open to new ways of seeing and support each other to respond creatively to the challenges and opportunities we are facing. When we connect with each other in safe and supportive spaces, we create a potent field of heart coherence. This promotes our health, relaxation and resourcefulness, and ripples out to those around us as well.

This exploration consists of five two-hour gatherings on zoom.

Pricing:

This is a small and intimate group intended for 5-8 participants. The suggested price is a sliding scale between 4500-5900 NOK (450-590 USD). Payment plans are available. If you wish to join but cannot pay the suggested amount, please reach out to me.
