Women´s online Winter Group 2020-21

Listening and responding

This is an invitation to gather with other women over the coming 3 months, as we continue to navigate times of big collective and personal changes and unknowns. With so much going on in the world, there is a lot of information and input to process. How are we able to show up for ourselves and for those around us? Our focus will be on exploring our capacity to listen and respond, and to hold space for what is trying to guide us and is needing to be heard. What is speaking to you at this time? Are you listening to it? How are you responding? The intention is to hold space for each of us to listen to what matters most and to share what comes up, so we can both support and learn from each other.

In the Northern hemisphere we are moving into the season of winter, where it is getting darker and colder and we are drawing inwards. What can we learn from winter, and from spending time in the dark? As part of our exploration, we will also bring attention to what nature is showing us and to how we can open to receiving the gifts that winter brings.

When we share our experiences and are witnessed by others, it moves us forward. When we connect with each other in safe and regenerative spaces, we create a shared field of heart coherence. This promotes our health, relaxation and resourcefulness, and ripples out to those around us as well. It opens new ways of seeing and helps us respond creatively to the challenges and opportunities we are facing.

In response to what emerges in the group, I will offer teachings, resources and tools to work with what comes up. In between our gatherings, you will be guided to go out into nature to explore the questions and teachings we are working with. You will also receive regular e-mails with poems and questions for deepening our explorations.

LOGISTICS 

Starting November 8th, we will gather approximately every other week, throughout the end of 2020 and into January 2021. We will meet on zoom, an online platform where we can see each other on video. 

Suggested times for meetings are: 

Sunday November 8, 16-18 CET (10 AM-12 ET, 7-9 AM PT)

Thursday November 19, 16-18 CET

Thursday December 3, 16-18 CET

Sunday December 20, 16-18 CET (this will be a special Solstice gathering)

Thursday January 7, 16-18 CET

Thursday January 21, 16-18 CET

If you want to join but the times don't work, please let me know as it might be possible to make adjustments.

Pricing:

The suggested price is a sliding scale between 3700-4800 NOK (380-490 USD). If you wish to join but cannot pay the suggested amount, please reach out to me and we´ll try to find a way to make it work.
