WOMEN´S ONLINE WINTER GROUP 2021-22

Living from the heart

This is an invitation to gather with an intimate group of women over the coming months to explore what it means for us to live from the heart. As uncertainty, fear and polarization are intensifying in our world, more than ever, we need to connect with love as we co-create the future we want to live into.

How exactly do we listen to our heart, and what helps us trust and follow its guidance? How does our life change when we deepen our capacity to perceive and respond from love? How does opening to our own heart influence other people and the world around us?

The intention is for each of us to more easily access the inner resource of our heart-centered knowing, guidance and inspiration.

This work is exploratory and emergent. I will offer teachings, resources and tools in response to the issues that feel most relevant for the women in the group. In between our gatherings, you will be guided to go out into nature to explore the questions and teachings we are working with. You will also receive regular e-mails with poems and questions for deepening our explorations.

As we transition from one year to the next, we will also spend time around Winter Solstice harvesting from the year that has passed and setting intentions for the new year we are stepping into.

When we share our experiences and are witnessed by others, it moves us forward. Exploring in community allows us to tap into a bigger field of intelligence and opens us to new ways of seeing. We step into a flow of giving and receiving as we are sharing our discoveries and articulating our new learning and awareness with each other. When we connect with each other in safe and regenerative spaces, we also create a shared field of heart coherence. This promotes our health, relaxation and resourcefulness, and ripples out to those around us as well.

LOGISTICS

Starting November 21, we will gather approximately every other week, throughout the end of 2021 and into February 2022.

Suggested times for meetings are:

Sunday November 21, 16-18 CET (10-12 AM ET, 7-9 AM PT)

Thursday December 2, 16-18 CET

Sunday December 19, 16-18 CET

Thursday January 6, 16-18 CET

Thursday January 20, 16-18 CET

Thursday February 3, 16-18 CET

If you want to join but the times don't work, please let me know as it might be possible to make adjustments.

Pricing:

The suggested price is a sliding scale between 4700-5900 NOK (490-670 USD). Payment plans are available. If you wish to join but cannot pay the suggested amount, please reach out to me and we´ll try to find a way to make it work.
