Women´s online spring Group 2020

Gathering in community. facing the unknown with love, trust and support

This is an invitation to gather with other women over the coming 6 weeks, as we are navigating times of big collective and personal unknowns. Our focus will be on how to tap into the resources, guidance and support that are available to us right now.

The group will provide a space for us to express and process what we are going through at this moment. When we share our experiences and are witnessed by others, it moves us forward. In response to the needs of the group, I will offer teachings, resources and tools to work with what comes up.

Nature knows how to move through change. Through understanding the natural cycles and interplay of our body, emotions, mind and spiritual nature, we can learn to deepen our trust and ability to work with and not against ourselves. This makes it easier to face the unknown and supports us to tap into the new potentials and possibilities that are available to us.

When we connect with each other in safe and regenerative spaces, we create a shared field of heart coherence. This promotes our health, relaxation and resourcefulness, and ripples out to those around us as well. It opens new ways of seeing and helps us respond creatively to the challenges and opportunities in our lives.

LOGISTICS 

Starting March 19th, we will gather weekly, over the next month and a half, on Zoom, an online platform where we can see each other on video. In between our gatherings, I will guide you to go out into nature to explore the questions and teachings we are working with. You will also receive regular e-mails with poems and questions for deepening our explorations.

Suggested times for meeting are:

If you want to join but the times don't work, please let me know as it might be possible to make adjustments.

Pricing:

The suggested price is a sliding scale between 3300-4000 NOK (330-400 USD). As many are facing financial distress right now, I want to make this offer available to those who wish to join. Please reach out to me if you cannot pay the suggested amount, and we´ll find a way to make this work.
